Patient Centricity as a Key Component for Successful Pharmacovigilance Strategies
The presentation was followed by a discussion with two patient advocates, one of whom has experienced the challenges of multimorbidity and polypharmacy, not unlike some of the personas and scenarios that form the basis for the Gravitate Health design. All agreed on the need for more “patient-friendly” health information, especially in situations where several drugs and diseases interact, leading to confusion and even conflicting information among the labels and leaflets currently provided.
